Riverworks is the first vertical development at Eastern Wharf. It will front the Savannah River and contain 306 luxury apartments, as well as 30,000 SF of retail and restaurant on its ground floor. The first of two City of Savannah public parking decks will be built within Riverworks and contain 700 parking spaces that are to be used for hotel, retail, restaurant, office and public parking. Along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, Riverworks will provide two amenity areas for residents, with the larger space including a resort style pool overlooking the Savannah River. Just outside Riverworks’ front doors will be 2 acres of riverfront public park space.
