Project Overview

Eastern Wharf is a 43+ acre site along the Savannah River adjacent to the city’s historic downtown. In addition to being a large urban site in downtown Savannah, Eastern Wharf includes approximately 2,000 feet of river frontage, which will be an extension of Savannah’s famed Riverwalk. Being a true mixed-use endeavor, the projected build out of the site will include apartments, hotel, retail, restaurant, condominiums, office, senior living, stacked flats and townhomes. In addition to the varying product types, the City of Savannah has entered into a public private partnership to build two public parking decks on site totaling approximately 1,400 parking spaces that are to be used for hotel, retail, restaurant, office and public parking.
