Sandy Fitzgerald has over 30 years of real estate project management experience covering a variety of project types. She began her career with the Vantage Companies in 1984. During that time, she assisted in the development of Atlanta Plaza (now Sales Force Tower) in Buckhead; master planning, rezoning and development of Central Park in north central Atlanta; and multiple industrial and office service center projects in Gwinnett County, Georgia. In 1988, she joined Gibraltar managing their condominium projects in Atlanta. She later joined Centennial American Properties developing power retail centers throughout the southeast. In 1995, she joined Carter & Associates. Her project experience there included 600 NorthPark Town Center, a 20 story office building in the Perimeter Area submarket of north central Atlanta; the BellSouth Metro Plan, a 3.1 Million square foot office project consolidating 75 BellSouth office locations in three locations along the transit system access points, a new medical office building at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta; and assisted in the master planning and contract negotiations for The Banks, an 18 acre mixed-use public-private development in Cincinnati. In 2015, she joined JLL and led The Battery Atlanta at SunTrust Park team developing the 84-acre project which includes office, entertainment, retail, multifamily and multiple parking facilities. After completing Live Nation’s Coca-Cola Roxy Theater at The Battery Atlanta, she completed their Chastain Park Amphitheater, built in the early 1940’s. Sandy joined Mariner Group in 2019. Sandy is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Affairs. She is also a graduate of Emory University Law School, earning her Juris Doctorate degree.
