Henry Spain began his career as a financial consultant for Peachtree Capital Corporation in Atlanta, amassing valuable client relations experience during the Great Recession. He then joined Stirling Properties in New Orleans. There he worked as a sales and leasing broker focused primarily on retail transactions while the leasing agent for Stirling’s Mid City Market development. He moved back to Atlanta in 2013 to join Transwestern’s Investment Sales team as a financial analyst. While working in this role, he underwrote sales of a multitude of properties in several product types including multifamily, office, retail and industrial. In 2014, he joined Transwestern’s Southeast Development Division as a development manager. There he underwrote projects totaling $325 million, involving multifamily, office and retail. He joined Mariner Group in 2016 as a director and, like Trent and Ian, has worked in every facet of the development process for the company. Henry is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Finance, as a Leonard Leadership Scholar in the Terry College of Business.
