St. Louis Street apartments is set to break ground next year. Located in Downtown Mobile, the project will be within walking distance to the business district, as well as Dauphin Street, home to Mobile’s dining and nightlife. The project with contain 143 apartments in 4 stories above a podium. The building will feature a pool and amenity area overlooking the Mobile skyline, as well as a ground floor fitness center for residents. As a true mixed-use project it will include street level retail fronting St. Louis Street.
